Award winning Navajo artist Floyd Becenti (deceased) created this circa 1980's sterling silver overlay storyteller concho belt. Eight conchos and one buckle each measure approximately 3" by 1 1/4" wide, and depict different scenes of Navajo life, weaving, shepherding, making bread, chopping wood, even making jewelry. The buckle brings the husband and wife together for a blessing.
