Circa 1990's Pin/Pendant by Zuni couple Nancy and Ruddell Laconsello. Married couple, Nancy and Ruddell Laconsello of Zuni, have worked together since they married in 1976, and are known for their exquisite inlay pieces, featuring especially finely etched and inlaid birds. Ruddell does the silverwork and Nancy does the inlay. Nancy is the daughter of the late Jake Haloo and her sister is Dolly Banteah. She is also related to Dennis Edaakie. Renowned and collected world-wide, they are also featured in Who's Who in Zuni Jewelry, by Gordon Levy. This sterling silver inlaid pin/pendant in the shape of a pot, features a cardinal and natural Hubei turquoise. The piece measures 2" by 2" at the widest.

Robert was world-reknowned for his handmade necklaces, because of his chubby creatures with personality, and the glass beads he incorporated from all over the world, and always finished with handmade brass cones and hook and eyes. His unique creations are in collections all over the world. The necklace is approximately 25 1/2", and features 7 carved fossilized ivory fetishes, ranging in size from 1" to the largest figure (quail) is 2" long. His hallmark is stamped on the cones.
