Sammy Smith, Navajo, created this (Vintage) sterling silver reversible mosaic inlay sterling silver pendant. One side depicts a Navajo yei (Navajo deity, representing precept of duality of good and evil), and the other side depicts a cornerstone of Navajoland, the monument Shiprock. Multi hand cut stones include jet, spiny oyster, turquoise, gaspeite, gold lip mother of pearl. The pendant measures 2 3/4", including a 1" bale, by 1 3/8" at the widest.
