Award-winning Chiricahua Apache artist Eddie Two Moons Chavez created this "Creation Ring" sterling silver band with partial inlay and overlay. Seven symbols significant to Apache lore encircle the ring. Cloud (inlaid with mother of pearl) symbolizing cleansing, washing away improper living. "Window" symbolizes the meaning of life, to be God's child. Teepee symbolizes loyalty to God and each other; respect for all life. Arrow (inlaid with sugilite) symbolizes the Native American way of life to respect and thank God for his gifts. Sun symbolizes the Father Sun (inlaid with goldlip mother of pearl); makes the earth grow with life sustaining foods and game. Lightning symbolizes God sending his gifts to Mother Earth. Circle symbolizes God, the Creator. Solid Wavy Line, symbolizes the river that connects us all. The ring is a size 8 and can be slightly sized.
